Daniel Servos

I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Western Ontario where I am currently researching topics relating to Attribute-Based Access Control under the supervision of Michael Bauer and Sylvia L. Osborn. I have also acted as a sessional lecturer for the department, teaching CS2211: Software Tools and Systems Programming and CS2034: Data Analytics: Principles and Tools in the Winter 2018 and 2019 terms.

In 2012 I successfully completed my master's degree in computer science at Lakehead University. My research interests include access control (namely role and attribute based), cloud computing, cryptography, and distributed computing all of which relate to my master's thesis "A Role and Attribute Based Encryption Approach to Privacy and Security in Cloud Based Health Services".
